Solved: deep question on post processing

Powermill does this all internally and does not let you change it. The only way to affect the cut file output is by changing toolpath/NC Program/PowerMill settings. If PowerMill doesn't put the data that you want in the cut file then you can try to get around it in the post with things like scripts and user-defined parameters.
